A small painting by Franco-Swiss artist Marylin Cavin. Cavin paints characters in scenes of life that reflect our contemporary world, that viewers can often relate to. It depicts a middle-aged Italian man playing bat and ball in only his white swimmer, hat, thongs, and sunglasses. It is signed in the lower left-hand corner.

This piece is acrylic, mounted on wooden cleats, and protected by a satin /matt varnish. It is ready to hang.

Cavin studied art in Paris and has exhibited for more than 20 years in France and abroad. She has participated in numerous contemporary art fairs. She also received the Taylor Foundation Prize. Cavin now lives and works in Nice.
