Pair of Art Deco Ceramic Twim Arm Wall Lights

A pair of French wall sconces in glazed burgundy ceramic, each carrying twin curved arms in a balanced, geometric Art Deco form. The dual arms give a fuller spread of light, and the deep burgundy glaze holds real depth, throwing warm shadows across the wall when lit. The sconces are French, from the 1930s, the height of the Art Deco period, when French decorative design was defined by this kind of geometry and rich colour.
