SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Shipping costs are calculated separately and are in addition to the price of each item. The shipping cost is determined based on factors such as weight, dimensions, and destination, and we work with multiple shipping partners to provide you with the best rates. Once you have made a purchase, we will contact you within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) to provide the exact shipping cost.
As a guide please refer to the below;
40cm x 40cm 4-8kg box to Sydney or Melbourne Metro ($50-85)
For residents of Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, we offer discounted shipping rates. Additionally, we frequently travel to Sydney, so if you're located there, feel free to inquire about the possibility of personally collecting your item during one of our visits.
If you are a resident of Western Australia, the same example would cost approx $120
Once items are shipped, they become the customer's responsibility. If a product is damaged or lost, the purchaser must contact Found Gallery and liaise with the registered courier service. We'll provide all the necessary info to file a claim and help where we can. If the address provided is incorrect, unfortunately, we can't give refunds or replacements for items missing in transit.
Please enter the correct address as it can't be changed after it's been dispatched and you'll be charged for resending.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
Orders shipped internationally usually take 7-20 business days, depending on the destination. The shipping fee includes insurance. Duties & taxes may be applied to international orders and must be paid by the recipient.
